Htc 8x windows phone safe hard reset

Option 1, Hard Reset HTC 8X Windows Phone with software menu:
  1. Turn on the HTC 8X Windows Phone
  2. Make sure the important data already backup properly
  3. Make sure the battery is not empty
  4. Go to Menu : Setting > About
  5. Choose : reset your phone 
  6. Choose : yes
  7. The HTC 8X Windows Phone will do hard reset with master format.
